By accessing or using the Japar platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the platform or use any services.
You acknowledge and agree that Japar expends substantial resources acquiring Mentors and Mentees. You agree not to circumvent the Platform by moving communications off-site or facilitating payments directly. Violations of this rule lead to permanent account termination and forfeiture of escrowed balances.
Mentors on the platform are providing insights drawn from lived experience. Japar and its Mentors do not provide certified legal, immigration, or tax advice unless explicitly stated and verified per OISC guidelines (in the UK). Users are encouraged to independently verify mission-critical data.
Japar facilitates transactions via a credit system. Funds paid for a session are held securely in Escrow. They are automatically transferred to the Mentor 24 hours post-session completion absent any lodged disputes.
If you encounter an issue during a session (no-show, abusive behavior, technical failure), you must raise a dispute within 24 hours of the scheduled time to pause the payout. Japar's administrators act as the final arbiters for all disputes.
