• Identity Verification: Mentors undergo identity verification strictly managed by Stripe Identity, ensuring robust protection of sensitive documents.

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

4. Video Sessions and Chat Logs

For dispute resolution and safety monitoring, video session transcripts and platform-bound chat logs may be temporarily retained. We strictly restrict sharing your personal contact information globally and strongly caution against moving communications off-platform.
